Tomato-Cucumber Juice

Pineapple-Avocado-Pear Juice

This juice should be taken before breakfast since it can fill up your cravings and be nutritious as well. Also, avocado contains oleic acid, which suppresses appetite. The first thing to do is to peel the pineapple and chop it into four pieces. Juice it together with the pear, spinach, cucumber, and celery, then set them aside. Then, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and take the meaty part and place them in a blender. Blend it until the texture is smooth. Now you can add the juice you’ve set aside earlier. Blend them all together and drink!
