Fruit Juice Pulp

  1. Make a pulp crumble. Just mix the pulp with fruit and juice and top them with nuts, oats, or seeds.
  2. Pour them to your favorite breakfast cereal.
  3. Make your own fruit roll-ups with a small amount of water.
  4. Mix them with honey and roll them into balls for healthy snacks.
  5. Turn them into cold treats like popsicles or ice cubes.
  6. Make your homemade fruit tea by boiling the pulp with water adding cinnamon or ginger, cooling, then straining.
  7. Make a pulp marmalade.
  8. Dehydrate and mix them with raw nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. Place them inside resealable bags or jars for an all-around, portable snack.
