  1. Add them to your bone broth or make your own vegetable juice pulp broth by boiling them with water, adding salt and other seasonings, and straining.

For Fruit and Vegetable:

  1. Add them to your bread, pancakes, cookies, and muffins for a more nutritious snack. Spinach, carrot, onion, berry, apple, and celery pulp are perfect for this.
  2. Blend them into your smoothies for additional fiber.
  3. Dehydrate and turn them into powder for a more powdery goodness.
